I had the same questions when I launched my business eleven years ago,
I tried to find the answers to my questions from my broker. She taught me the very basics, like how to submit the proper paperwork for a contract, and how to be compliant by law, but I was left with so many questions.
I then tried getting the answers by joining real estate teams, As I came to learn, most real estate agents view other agents as competition, so the only thing a team did was serve the leader... NOT the other way around.
